You can have special messages to mark special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, engagements etc, or you can have names and dates inscribed on your stone. The unique AnchorCert Diamond Inscription Service uses a highly sophisticated laser process to inscribe delicate marks on to the girdle of the diamond without damaging the stone.

Inscriptions can be applied to both loose stones and to diamonds that are already set into jewellery as long as the area to be inscribed is easily accessible – eg. Between the claws of a ring setting.

Virtually invisible to the naked eye, the laser inscriptions can be your own secret message marked on the stone for eternity or can simply be a unique security number that will identify the diamond as yours in case of loss.

Diamonds are valuable…. and to improve the security of your diamond we can inscribe a small, discreet and unique security number on to the girdle of your stone.

If your diamond has been certificated by AnchorCert, the unique number that has been allocated to it is ideal for this purpose. You may, however, use your own unique number if preferred.

The advantage of security inscription is that it provides proof of ownership. Should your diamond ever be lost or stolen, you can inform the police of the security number and, if your jewellery is later recovered it can be identified as your property.
